The author of the app does not knowingly collect, or have access to, any personally identifiable information from anyone using the app.
There is no embedded data gathering service that transmits telemetry. The app uses no internet resources, and has no links to other sites. All needed software libraries for the app to run are embedded. No permissions should be requested upon installation.
However, the app is listed in a third-party store, Google Play. They may collect information used to identify you, and telemetry from usage of the app. This is the same for every app on their platform, and it is between you and them. The author does not knowingly collect, or have access to, this kind of data.
